Be at least 18 years old at the time of application (students under 18 years of age must take the Official G.E.D. Practice Test and obtain an age waiver)
Have a legal photo-identification card showing age in one of the following formats:
- State of Florida Drivers License
- State of Florida Identification Card
Have a social security card or a letter from the Social Security Administration showing a social security number, or have an A number and provide a Florida ID and another form of ID - passport, etc., bearing the exact name and date of birth.
Not be enrolled in an accredited high school unless in an approved dropout prevention program.
